why is my character talking like she's dumb is it because of idiot savant?

I already tried google and bing and askjeeves and I had idiot savant during my last playthrough but don't remember her turning into a hurf durf not that I mind btw lol

Not sure if you want to remove that savant sound or not but here....

The only thing that comes to mind, if it's not the idiot savant sound when you get xp, is if you're drunk or such. They didn't redo all the dialogues, mind you, but stuff like greeting people or skipping dialogue can sound more... well, drunk.

it must of been the alcohol I usually avoid drugs in this but I had one today
