Most mods will come with a read-me text file that explain how to install it . Most mods are installed by placing the downloaded files in your Skyrim's data folder . This Mod for example will most probably provide new mesh and textures so if this is the first mod you install in the data folder, two new folders will appear named :" Mesh" and "Textures". If the armor is replacing an existing armor in the game, you'll be pretty much done but if it's a standalone you will have another file with a .esp extension which you simply transfer in the data folder the same way you did with the Mesh and Texture folders. I'm assuming this mod will provide a new "Sound" folder as well which is installed the same way as the rest.

I don't have that mod though so i can't give you the link to download it but if you go to the section of the forum called : " Uploaded Files" and then use the search box you'll probably find it . I would start my search with " This is sparta " or just "Sparta".

Then you just Click on the thread that comes up, click on the link provided by the uploader, then i recommend reading the full description for details about the mod itself, then click on files and download the one you want . Some mods offer the possibility to download older version of the same mod. In most cases all you need is the newer version.

Hope this helps
