Weapon model problems

Hey peeps!

 

I'm having some weird issues with a weapon model I'm currently working on. It looks fine in Maya and in NifSkope, but when I look at it in-game or in CK, the normals look inverted or something like that. The normals look fine in NifSkope as far as I can tell. I've tried inverting them on purpose and the shading kinda changed but still looks inverted. The main blade part seems to be fine but not the hand guard or grip.

 

I've done some other unreleased weapons for Skyrim before, but never had an issue like this...

 

Some help would be much appreciated!
