Skyrim become the High King

I like the idea overall but I suspect that in attempting to become the 'High King' and being part of the 'Dark Brotherhood' faction it may present a problem. Keep in mind that in completing the Dark Brotherhood quests you are a wanted man with a very high bounty on your head for killing the Emperor Titus Meade II and that may impede your ability to become 'High King' of

Skyrim.

Honestly, you only have a mega bounty if you get caught and they know it's you. Otherwise, they're all searching for the evil Dark Brotherhood assassin and you're sitting all nice and cozy in your High King chair. ;)

I like Beefington's idea. I thin it should be Jyggalag's daedra questline, to take over Skyrim by marching stolidly over everyone else and tehrefor restoring Order through force.

i would be happy if this mod becomes reality.....but to me it would make more sense (since u can eventualy become Thane of every hold) that after gaining the favor of the Jarl's from all the holds u would gain their trust and support (finishing main story line with Alduins is a muss). So in turn when the time comes after u defet Alduin u could get the option to talk to the Graybeard's.....and ask them for advice about the problem of the ongoing civil war. They would then tell u to seek advice from Paarthurnax he in turn would tell u the story how Isgramor and Talos became Rulers

So long story short.....u talk to the Graybeards then Paarthurnax then to Balgruuf the Jarl of Withrun that has stayed neutral till now and persuade /intimidate him to help and support u then u convince the rest of the Jarl's for their support...talk to Ulfric then Tallius convince both of them to come to the meeting place of the Moot to crown a new high king...Ulfric unhappy....Tullius doesnt care as long as the Empire is happy....Thalmore supper unhappy =P.....then have a short Duel with Ulfric for the sake of satisfaction of finally shutting his selfish nord as up....then take the Throne of High King for yourself.....Ulfric will be honor bound to your decision cuss of your defet over him Tullius will support u since u will be prepared to work with the Empire and as for the Thalmor well lets just say---->>Dragon Aspect + Call's Paarthurnax and his disciples + having support from all of skyrim as the new High King = The Empire holding their ground with Skyrim Stronger then ever and the Dragonborn as new High King backing them up........the Talmor will not dare Atack Skyrim or the Empire (minor threat to emissary Elenwen so she gets the idea and take's the Dragonborns threat Seriously)

and thats how i imagined my ending to turn out =) so ya would be cool to see this one day and who knows maybe i gave a moder a good idea hehehe =D

Why not choose a king, or queen between Ulfric and the one lady, after finishing one side of the civil war,
like a post war vs the Thalmor to end it all after the civil war, like tons of quest involving them and than you crown one of them depending on whose side your on, biggest mod of the century than, make it bigger than Dawnguard and Dragonborn, since Bestheda quited on us
have the whole community work together

I love the idea of pairing up with Lokir and slowly rising into power by basically becoming a glorified bandit. I think this wouldn't be that hard to do, just basically make another civil war questline clone (like how Imperial and Stormcloak quests are basically the same missions but different forts). And basically you'd just do both sides of the civil war missions but instead of reporting to a leader, you command a group of bandits.

A different, slightly more complex way would be starting a campaign against the Empire and Stormcloaks and gaining the support of every Jarl and eventually marching on Solitude and Windhelm to take down Tullius and Ulfric

Your campaign could be based out of Whiterun since Balgruuf did seem to be very on the fence about the whole situation and seems to be the only non-stormcloak Jarl who's not "drinking the Empire's milk"

So first you partner up with Lokir, take over a few bandit encampments and gain "armies". And eventually the two of you gain enough power to become a real threat, you can go into Whiterun and ask for Balgruuf's support in your uprising against both the Empire and the Stormcloaks. He will be very against your idea, even threatening to have you arrested and executed. But right before that happens, a small army of about 10-15 bandits enter into Dragonsreach and stops Balgruuf's men from arresting you. He will present you with a task, maybe something simple but challenging like wiping out every major bandit encampment in Whiterun Hold (all the while, gaining support and resources for your cause). And when you're done, Balgruuf will support your claim to High King and Whiterun will be under your control.

After you gain Whiterun, it unlocks the campaign missions for every hold. Basically you'd march into every Jarlhouse and ask for the Jarl's support in your claim to High King. They will, just like Balgruuf, ask you to wipe out every major bandit camp in their hold (again, you will WANT to do these missions because for every camp you wipe out, you gain more strongholds for your army. Some kind of greater incentive could also be included, such as money or followers and such. Or even better, these encampments get blacksmiths and traders so you have more merchants in more spread out areas)

Eventually you gain the support of every hold except Solitude and Windhelm. At this point, you've basically won the war (since you already control 7/9 holds) and all thats left is to murder the ringleaders of the opposing factions (Tullius and Ulfric) and take over Haafingar and Hjaalmarch (you could include the fort missions from the Civil War questline from these two holds)

Boom you destroy both sides of the war (actually 3 sides now, huh) and all the Jarls support your claim as High King. BLAM YOU DA KING MANG.

A cool addition would be a feature to choose your capital (it would have to be one of the walled cities, Markarth, Solitude, Windhelm, Whiterun, or Riften) and you rule Skyrim out of that city.

YEAH NOW SOMEONE GO DO IT.

I support this, if we will get to wage all out war for the settlements or get quests for taking settlements through political means to make it more "peaceful" (up to the player what he chooses). Recruiting Soldiers that act like followers (no limit, you know how much your machine should take). And maybe afterwards we can claim Bruma for Skyrim? (Just a suggestion) The terrain is already there. http://gamerant.com/elder-scrolls-skyrim-expansions-morrowind-cyrodiil-robk-117723/

Skyrim was really robbed of a proper dlc that was to make the civil war questline come full circle. I tell you now that Beth was planning more dlc, (they promised us a big one and a smaller one), but had a change of plans with their next project. This will be an ultimate mod if it is made.
