Doors aren't where they should be.

I have started a new Vault in the GECK and have everything looking great in the preview window however when I go to the vault in game everything apart from one major issue is fine.

I currently have 2 doors apart from the main vault door and they both move from their set locations.

They both of a Y value of 2368.0000 yet they move to 2416.0000 in the actual game.

As you can see below the door moves forward from where it should be (click thumbnail).

Any suggestions would be great.

EDIT: In this case I moved the doors to where they were showing up in the game and then moved all the other parts of the vault entrance to the correct position around the doors and they now work fine.

The big vault door had a similar issue afterwards but deleting and re positioning the door fixed the issue.

I am having some other issues like the perspective view being cut into 2 sections where one is normal and the other has a red tint (both sides have a gradient from light to dark...).

Also I have to press "A" to turn off and on the lights a lot as this is this makes objects that frequently go invisible re appear.

Apart from that it's pretty sweet :)
