ykpdevil05
hello there, as the title says few of us want a "restricted" area mod where we wont be bothered why? 1. you left your home only to return and see some dumb a** settler sleeping in your bed2. next day you see a bunch of idiots in your home wandering aimlessly or (struck) who where asigned to different stores3. some settler or piper stole your power armor 4. garvey was seen seating nuka cola from the cooler5. ..... (possible mishap) nvm, so if any one is capable of a mod which will restrict access to marked/selected location ill be really gratefull some may think how can i mark a restricted area? well i thought bout it, we can use the "floor conduit" and "wires" to mark a area so no one enters it, i know it wont look so good but hey if it works it fine by me (if someone gets a better idea your free to do so) thanks for reading, hope someone can make this.... wish i can make this but im in medicine science so i dunno much bout programming and stuff :p
DrkSpde
I've been using this mod. It'll help with the bed part. http://www.nexusmods.com/fallout4/mods/7399/?
pra
Don't Call Me Settler has the "this is my bed" feature as well. Also, you could explicitly look for workshop object mods which don't have navmeshing.
ykpdevil05
um...thanks i guess. but is there something to block npcs which enter your house?
Vercalos
um...thanks i guess. but is there something to block npcs which enter your house? There's a mod that allows you to lock doors, as I recall.
pra
Now that I think of it some more, floor parts which are not navmeshed on purpose might actually be a good idea. Also, if you have that second wasteland workshop dlc, you can use a powered door, two switches and one XOR gate. I did that once to keep settlers off my power armor collection. The wiring for the whole thing is somewhat awkward, though.
DrkSpde
Problem with just locking off doors is that sometimes NPCs will be spawned into the locked off area anyway when you zone in. For the power armor, taking the fusion core out should stop anyone from getting in as long as you don't order them in.
