[Tweak] Lighting Distance

Hi,

I'v record this "bug" to show it to you

The lighting just glowing when I'm near it.
I think it's a Tweak problem but I dont know how to fix that.

I use Bilago Tweaker v1.3.5. I'v try to set the defaut setting by defaut laucher but the bug is still here.
