Problem with gray arms and weapons

hello, i recently change my videocard from a geforce gtx 295 to a geforce gtx 560 ti

 

I have an AMD athlon II X4 640 with 4gb of ram and windows 7 of 64 bit with a motherboard Asus M4N68T-M LE V2

 

But when i start skyrim in first person perspective this is what happens

if i change to third person it doesnt happen and if i move it goes back to normal but after that it happens again
