Skyrim lagging unexpectedly

My specs are:

 

-GTX 750Ti

-Pentium G3258 (at 4 Ghz)

-h81m-p33

-16GB ram

-win 8

 

After a fresh reinstall of skyrim i installed all of the performance mods i could find while getting graphical mods that doesn't take up much performance and when I started skyrim, the menu was very laggy and the game in general was laggy. I didn't understand how could this be since most of the mods i got mostly performance mods and mods that wont kill my system.

Lag may be from two causes either graphics or scripts.But so called performance mods i would delete and leave only skyrim optimization project and grab a enboost without 64x extension.I had laptop with poor gpu but i managed playing on high details with 40 fps thx to that simply tool

Thats strange since it didn't lag at all when i had skyrim on a weaker computer. The last computer that had skyrim on only had an integrated gpu (intel hd 4000) and and i5 mobile cpu.
