I wish to create a mod that adds a few Shouts(not really original ones though :( ) once I get my hands on the CK, will watch a few tutorials first, I once tried making a weapon mod but failed.. I got the model right but never learned how to add it into Oblivion.

Enough rambling on ;) these are the ones I want to make:

 

HO HO HO - Getting into the holiday spirit here hehe

HO - gives you a candycane 2H weapon with a lot of cold dmg, time duration before it disappears is maybe a minute? Tell me if that needs to be watered down(funfact: the model for my weapon mod in Oblivion was a candy cane lol)

HO HO - gives you Santa's outfit with 100% frost dmg resistance + small aura of frost surrounds you, dmging enemies around you(kinda lame, I know, if you have any other ideas, post 'em.)

HO HO HO - Father Christmas appears himself to fight off all the baddies with his Dual candycane mastery and works as companion until death(has no time duration BUT very little health, reason being his death releases frost storm... don't stand near him at virge of death lol!)

 

ZA WA RUDO - You might know it from Jojo's bizarre adventures as ZA WARUDO but since shouts are 3 words.. :P (if you are not familiar with this anime, ZA WARUDO is a power used by a guy named Dio Brando, translation "Za warudo - The world", he stops

time and kicks ass xD)

ZA - it's a very basic shout, stops time for 10 seconds, short? well think about this, for you 10 seconds is 10 seconds, for the NPC's those 10 seconds are an eternity D:

ZA WA - 25 seconds, happier? :P

ZA WA RUDO - 20 seconds(Ragers: what?! why is it less?!!?!?) but gives you a spell that works like Frost Spike but shoots iron daggers instead ^^ (Ragers: Oh.. :S kthx!) (I am not going to make a Dozer fall... WRYYYYYYYY!!)

 

GET SU GA(TENSHO) - Kurosaki Ichigo's main attack from the anime "Bleach", release a shockwave of spiritual energy in the form of a blue 'slash' I guess?? I'm probably going to make this.. animationless, meaning that you can do this during any action(sitting down, jumping etc.) and so if you want the full experience of duing the Getsuga(sounds like a dance now lol) you just need to do a heavy attack during the shout :P

GET - releases the blue slash, does like 50 dmg probably(could raise higher if need be)

GETSU - releases the blue slash but does 150 dmg... I'm so original

GETSUGA - 300 dmg

GETSUGA (TENSHO) - hopefully I can make that, idk how it'll work but I'll find a way to make a 4 word shout, with the CK it should be possible right?! RIGHT?!?! - it'll do 450 dmg, it's the dark and red slash this time + it's way faster (if you watch bleach then you'll know)

 

SHOOP DA WHOOP - Added by Dianacat777(thanks for mentioning this one!) sadly Diana didn't really add much of the information on it so I'll take the liberty of adding a few things until someone else comes up with a better idea ;)

SHOOP - fires a blue lazorz ball, going to be honest, probably too lazy to make the new particles so I'll use something from the game that looks like a laser ball - does not explode but does 125 dmg.

SHOOP DA - shoots the blue ball but this time explodes on impact(explosion will stay on place of impact for a short period of time, you can use this as a trap for enemies that are closing in on you) does 250 dmg on impact, remains will do 25 p/second

SHOOP DA WHOOP - ofcourse it fires a blue laser stream that does dmg around 300 - 500, ability to hold down the power for around 5 - 7 seconds, maybe that's a short period of time but for the power that the full shoop da whoop holds it's pretty damn long

Problem: you MAY experience screen blindness because of this laser, I intend to make it a big laser and since it fires from your face + adds the shoop da whoop face it'll mess up your screen unless you do 3rd person view, not sure though, if it does I'll find a way to fix that :)

 

 

Those are all I have right now :'( more ideas? POST THEM HERE!

I'll see what I can do, I won't guarentee anything because I just don't want to get people's hopes up if I end up not finishing I'll die of shame...

"Gunz' crazy shouts!" watch for it during January - Febuary, if you don't see it I'll probably still be working on it, any other pro modder can take over for me if he/she wishes to do so, whatever makes the people happy!!!

I like the idea of ZA WA RUDO because it reminds me of Sakuya.

But even though these would be cool shouts, I'd like it better if they were just abilities. Like the anime characters, that can use it as much as they want to.

Also, at ZA WA RUDO, it would be cool if the daggers would be frozen mid air while the time was stopped... So you would move around and go placing "stopped" daggers in the air, then time would unfreeze and they all would continue their flight. Talk about cool now ^^.

Ofcourse, the daggers will be suspended in the place where you shot them and when time returns they will fly off, that's basically it yeah :D

I mean the general idea of the power is that you stop time 'around' you, it would be silly if the daggers had the ability to fly as if they were not stopped in time :S

As for your idea of making them abilities, I'll TRY but again.. I can't promise anything right now, I'll see what I can do, but next time please flesh out the idea - should they cost fatigue? should they cost mana? if so how much would they all cost? should they be assigned to their own specific button? etc. etc. tell me what you want and expand on it because my English is not very proper and others might not understand either, thank you for your input though, I really appreciate it!

I will try to make that one as well, again people I would love it if you expanded further on the suggestions, for example:

Shoop - does this

Shoop Da - does that

Shoop Da Whoop - will do this, that PLUS more of everything xD

I just want you guys to state a reasonable amount of dmg and tell me how it should look so that I'll know what to make of it, for example Shoop just being a lazer ball, Shoop Da - being a short lazer beam and SHOOP DA WHOOP - being a lazer that you can hold down for 10 seconds or something etc. ya know?

But yeah I really like that one, thanks for adding it!!!
