CivilBarbarian
Okay, so earlier Nexus would not start up at all, so I fix that by reinstalling, but now it asks for mod directories or something. Now, when I try to list it to the proper directory that holds all the mods I've installed from the previous NMM, it says that it can't find the files for specific mods and asks me to either direct it to where the mod is or delete the files for it. I have no idea how to fix it, and I am very aggravated. I don't want to uninstall and reinstall all my mods.

dubiousintent
As pointed out, this is not a FNV issue; it's an NMM configuration one.
