Skyrim crashes when going outside or loading map! (ENB: RealVision)

So after installing every at the exact order and going thorugh all the "FAQ" on the download page, I still get this annoying crash. I can only boot up saves where I'm inside a building or making a new game. Which I'm not interested about that.

Also, I do have the system requirements so that shouldn't be any problem

 

What I've tried:

Followed all steps during installation of "REQUIRED MODS" for RealVision.

Sorted my LoadOrder with LOOT.

Used TES5Edit - (No errors)

Changed varibles in the .INI files that was required.
