Lost editor window

Im really new to using this tool. what do i do when the window with the editor ID disappears?

I had that happen to me, it was a pain in the ass. It seemed to randomly come back, don't remember what exactly it was that fixed it, but if you have dual monitors, there is a really easy fix:

1) Launch the CK

2) open your Windows display controls

3) disable whatever monitor the main body of the CK opened in (this should force all windows open on that monitor to move to the next)

4) if that didn't work, try re-enablign it and disabling the other monitor

5) re-enable your disabled monitors, and curse Bethesda for making a shitty editor.

 

You can also try messing with the resolution (don't remember if that did something similar or not), and updating/reinstalling your graphics driver.

I'm an idiot. It turns out all i had to do was click and drag the window because it was not large enough to display everything.
