That's interesting that you'd bring this up, because I was having similar thoughts earlier today. I got the mesh open in nifskope, but for some reason it wouldn't let me edit it the way I wanted to. I have, like, ZERO experience with blender, but I might give this a shot if I get some time.

 

I mostly just wanted to take off the collar piece because it clips with the hood that I usually wear, but I was thinking of "trimming" the hip armor a bit too to give it an overall lighter look.

 

I'll keep you posted.

 

EDIT: Just to clarify - are ypu specifically interested in male or female? If I figure it out I'll do both, but I'll start with whichever you'd prefer.

Sorry I took a while getting back, I had wisdom teeth pulled and have been on these wacky painkillers. But I was having trouble pulling it out of the BSA, so I could also try it with NIFSkope and blender if you'll send it to me. Though I am not sure what you want done with the collar. I just wanted the skirt completely gone. Or at least to the extent where you could see the persons legs lol. Let me know if you get it working, or if you'd like me to try as well.
