thunderlord2200 Posted October 23, 2016 Share Posted October 23, 2016 (edited) i thought it could be a mod that is doing it, or a UI mod. i just dont know. i made sure to check the few UI mods i have where upto date, they where. i do have the PERKs needed to make the option work for the Intimation perk. (i added them with the console.. since this is something you would thing you could do right off anyway so i dont see it cheating.....)
