Brightness Problem

I have a very strange problem, then I lower the brightness settings Skyrim and play with the Full Screen Monitor 16:10 1440x900, And you could see that the brightness down and here everything ok.

Then I set the Monitor 16:9 1440x900 Window Mode, so i Start the game and see that the brightness is back "Default" so check the settings and see that the brightness is at minimum brightness, as if not untouched, full screen 16:10 on your monitor because you can see the effect but instead of the monitor window mode you can not see the effect? I even changed the SkyrimPrefs with fGamma = 1,500 but does not change anything because this thing?

 

I look at the brightness to minimum, but the effect is not seen:

I try with 16:10 Monitor is well but i use 16:9 Mode Windows no effects why?
