Anchor Tags?

Noticed on the link button (in the forums) there is "link to anchor in text" but how do you add an anchor? doesn't appear on the special bb code list.

 

If it's half implemented or something i think it would be nice to have that in mod descriptions to jump to the different sections quickly, specially in long ones it could be very useful to have a tiny, maybe even one liner, table of contents in the top to speed up navigation.

 

The main reason is people rarely read the whole description so the last sections can go unnoticed, i'm sure i could write something like "DON'T DOWNLOAD IT'S A VIRUS!" in the bottom and nobody would notice.. So that could give more exposure to installation or compatibility information that while not good for the top is still important.
