Recent file delivery errors

I've been trying to grab the update for the Skyrim Lake Haven player house mod.

I can't get it to download through NMM and every time I try manually, it won't work either and I'm presented with this page :

Above is the URL, the Mod was the Static Mesh Improvement mod for Skyrim SE. Hope this helps.

The file name is "Remove High Tech Flat Trash.7z". I tried re-uploading it before finding this thread, but it is still not able to be downloaded manually.

I uploaded a new file with some additional content, and that one downloads correctly. I deleted the file I was reporting, so you can ignore this post.

I can't install the mods manually. Even after i download it, and click add mod from file, the download manager shows (modname) can't be added and status is incomplete.

Trying to download wereable lanterns the NMM gives me this error: Error: http://filedelivery.nexusmods.com/110/Wearable Lanterns 4.0.2 Release-17416-4-0-2.zip?fid=1000210308&ttl=1489246630&ri=8192&rs=8192&setec=0824f5d13dd28e695ecec16b7fd62e2e , unable to finish the download.

 

It has happened before with another mod but I don't recall which one.

this hasnt happened until i tried manually downloading compressed files into my mod directory. previously i have downloaded this mod no problem.
