Okay, its been a week and no change so, I shall submit a report here.

Problem Details
While I mentioned three files here of which are from Vanilla Skyrim which I don't and is why I cannot use NMM to download them, I did try downloading Amorous Adventures for Skyrim SE and Flower Girls SEx via NMM which yielded the same problems as the three files above only the message was displayed in NMM which made me think it was a wider network problem. This problem started even before I switched security programs so I don't know if Bitdefender is affecting this. Last month I had no problems downloading, the first instance of this error started 2 weeks ago. The test download was able to start and did not incur the same connection timed out for manual dls or file delivery error I get in NMM. This is the message I get when I try the manual downloads for all:

This site can’t be reached

filedelivery.nexusmods.com took too long to respond.

Not Sure if this is the same problem but shows up every time I click download Manually

When I download any mod from nexus it goes to a screen the address is filedelivery On the screen there is a cloud with an arrow facing down a blue line encircles this cloud and goes around and around and around It acts like it trying to download my mod but never does. I have set this page into motion and went and ate supper and came back and it is still going around and around Is there an alternate to this annoying situation
