Outfit studo and .nif woes

Hello,

I'm, obviously having a problem with outfit studio. I'm trying to make a new mashup for my next mod, and part of that was integrating chems (the meshes) into the outfit. I extracted the loose files from the game with BAE and put their meshes, materials, and textures into the Props folders where the are supposed to be.

Then I added the meshes, as nifs, into the outfit. They showed up well, positioned pretty well and I liked it. So I saved, built, and opened the outfit in game..... Nothing.

The outfit was there, the chem items I added simply weren't. Someone who was really good with Outfit studio had me switch them to skinned meshes within outfit studio, resave, and try again, to no avail.

I can get ONE mesh from the top of the stimpak to show up, and that's it. I'm sure this is something really simple that I'm just not experienced enough to take into account.

Does anyone have any ideas why the inconsistent results and how to change this into something visible in game?

Thanks in advance!
