gentlegerbil Posted October 25, 2016 Share Posted October 25, 2016 Two and a half days later and still can't get past this one error and I have a feeling it's something simple or small. Firstly, I had about 60-70 mods without ENB or anything but mod additions... as my textures increased I started looking into ENB to avoid the increasing crashes. At first, ENB made my mod build look something aweful. I was constantly uninstalling/reinstalling so I thought I would get a fresh start. After deleting everything and redownloading a clean/vanilla skyrim, I started with the base ENB on vanilla Skyrim, just to test. Didn't work! I can't even get into the game. The launcher freezes and when I try clicking anything I get a ping noise (windows alert). I removed ENB and everything worked just fine. Put it back in and same thing! I have adjusted the Skyrim.ini and SkyrimPrefs.ini I even tried finding a model install from someone and followed the instructions TO THE LETTER. Same issue. Launcher won't let me in the game.
