Phronq
Some agree and some disagree that being able to see your character's body through their eyes (in first-person-view mode) helps immerse you (the player) in the game. Personally, I find this to be true. Anybody out there knowledgeable enough about creating such a system into the game, please do so! You'd have my vote/endorsement! ;) I'm not entirely sure how this is done in professional games, but I think one method is by using a headless version of your character and simply using that just below the FPS camera's position to sort of simulate that the camera is viewing everything from where the head should be. Rennn
Mods like this released for Morrowind and Oblivion (and the Oblivion one is extremely good, it's a pity the bugs were never entirely fixed). I'm certain one will release for Skyrim as well. I don't know if it helps or not, personally. In 3D, yeah, it'd help a ton, but right now, on a 2D screen, seeing my feet sometimes seems weird. Either way, we need more camera sway and more animations which would naturally accompany this mod.
IdentityAJB
I'd settle for just getting to see our shadow in first person...it seems odd to me that we get a perfectly detailed shadow in third person, but absolutely nothing in first person.
