Reset house upgrades through console command

Exactly what the title says

Resetting all the upgrades to default so the house is empty through a console command or similar

IIRC, you can't do it with one console command.

All the house upgrades merely disable whatever they replace and enable the upgrade. To do what you want, you have to go into the house, go into the console, click on an item and type in disable, then repeat for every item in the house.

You'd also want to set the house upgrade quest back to the first setting, if that's how it works. Hopefully someone else can tell you if I've made a mistake.
