Felson7
Ok, I'll update my driver and see how it goes. It's possible that your issue is purely related to Survival Mode, as I've seen a number of users with similar posts that seem to indicate a bug that Bethesda hasn't fixed yet. That's what I'm afraid of, because it's the same thing that was going on in the vanilla game when I was testing the survival beta. I took a break for a few months and thought surely they would've fixed it by now.

Long shot, but it might contain a fix

AGreatWeight
Aside from using Steam to validate your game cache which is important to ensure that your not missing any necessary files in the base game, I'm out of ideas for what could be causing this (I'm guessing your game is up to date, as well as anything else you use)If you use any programs that run in the background, like Shadowplay or EVGA Precision X, these are known to potentially cause problems for your game. You'll need to disable them when you play if you have them)Check these links to see if they help, might be some answers in here-https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/3911156-fallout-4-crashes-when-i-bring-up-my-pip-boy/?hl=%2Bcrash&do=findComment&comment=35676926https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/4707315-ctd-when-entering-required-archive-lines-into-fallout4customini/?hl=crashhttps://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/3544345-fallout-4-crash-to-desktop-when-changing-ini-file-to-enable-mods/page-3?hl=crash&do=findComment&comment=38023405https://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/3606550-crash-to-desktop-ctd-cure-all/?hl=%20crashhttps://forums.nexusmods.com/index.php?/topic/3993130-game-crasheshangs-whenever-i-install-mods/?hl=crash&do=findComment&comment=36483360

DimaMiha1993
I wonder if it has anything to do with the latest Nvidia driver ? I tried to start a new playthrough on Monday and it froze every time I tried to exit the pod in Vault 111. If I loaded an earlier save after I exited the pod but not the vault it froze before I could exit the elevator. I eventually loaded a save where I was in Concord then it went OK.This was after installing the new driver.Yeah I got the same thing, I even started a new game and it was without any freezes, but I don't really want to stat new game, too much time and its boring doing same quests all over again.
