KOTR why multiple mods seems to cause issues with the game

Hi all,

So Im new to modding tried before but caused problems, So ive downloaded a number of mods i wanted to used for the game and noticed that the starting as a jedi caused my character to become invisible but figured that out by adding mods one by one which took ages.

 

With the Tsl patcher im never really sure if its been modded or not and whats working or not, Is there any way to out which ones will work or which will cause problems without having to play through multiple times just to find out.
