zuesman101
Hey guys. I've returned to modding Skyrim after a Long LOA to Fallout 4. I've been having some trouble with this new game i'm modding. My graphics are fine walking forward but moving left or right or looking left or right cases the game to annoyingly jitter and skip, and i cant figure out the problem. Here is my mod list/load order. I know it is not Skyrim's capacity either as it is under 60 mods. My hardware facts are posted too. Also a link to a video of what i am describing (It should not be a recording problem b/c i passively record all gaming with plays.tv and it has never impacted skyrim). ~Hardware List~ Asus strix r9 390 8gb graphics card Asus M5A78L-M/USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard AMD FX-6350 3.9GHz 6-Core Processor Corsair Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ~ Load Order~ 0 0 Skyrim.esm 1 1 Update.esm 2 2 Dragonborn.esm 3 3 HearthFires.esm 4 4 Dawnguard.esm 5 5 Unofficial Skyrim Legendary Edition Patch.esp 6 6 LPBards.esp 7 7 SkyUI.esp 8 8 SkyRe_Main.esp 9 9 ReProccer.esp10 a SkyRe_Combat.esp11 b SkyRe_EnemyAI.esp12 c SkyRe_EnemyScaling.esp13 d SkyRe_EncounterZones.esp14 e Remove Interior Fog V2 - Dawnguard.esp15 f ELE_Legendary_Lite.esp16 10 RelightingSkyrim_Legendary.esp17 11 Purewaters.esp18 12 SMIM-Merged-All.esp19 13 dD - Enhanced Blood Main.esp20 14 dD-Dragonborn-Dawnguard-EBT Patch.esp21 15 dD-Reduced Splatter Size.esp22 16 dD-Reduced Wound Size.esp23 17 AMB Glass Variants Lore.esp24 18 Differently Ebony.esp25 19 Tamriel Reloaded Trees.esp26 1a WSCO - OcciFemaleVNL.esp27 1b WSCO - OcciMaleVNL.esp28 1c WSCO - Better NPCs.esp29 1d LostLongSwords.esp30 1e The Huntsman.esp31 1f iHUD.esp32 20 Warburg's 3D Paper World Map - Texture 2.esp33 21 Change Spouse Outfits.esp34 22 Bijin Wives.esp35 23 WindstadMine.esp36 24 HeljarchenFarm.esp37 25 UniqueBorderGates-All.esp38 26 Guard Dialogue Overhaul.esp39 27 hold guard.esp40 28 Immersive Patrols II.esp41 29 The Honored Dead.esp42 2a VHVP.esp43 2b TheEyesOfBeauty.esp44 2c Beards.esp45 2d Better Horses.esp46 2e Cloaks.esp47 2f 1nivWICCloaks.esp48 30 1nivWICSkyCloaksPatch.esp49 31 DawnofSkyrim-AllMajorCities.esp50 32 Ambient Malukah.esp51 33 Fantasy Soundtrack Project.esp52 34 faster vanilla horses.esp53 35 Whistle.esp54 36 Leather.esp55 37 HedgeKnight.esp56 38 VikingArmor.esp57 39 SoS - Civilization.esp58 3a SoS - The Dungeons.esp59 3b SoS - The Wilds.esp Link to description video:
repusDude
How about you lower your graphical settings? Or/and Are you running background programs while playing skyrimmods? ( I also get stuttering, when running antivirus and malwarebytes currently scanning at full.) Or Check this to tomhardware website discussion for solution http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/115273-13-skyrim-movement-stuttering

irswat
Nah. There are many little tricks:install skyrim crash fixes!install radeon pro and turn flip queue size to 1.use ENB and configure it correctly!I have a similar system to yours and I run fully modded 1080p, 255 mods+many merged plugins, ultra hq textures for just about everything, and I get like 40+ fps. It's really all about configuring things correctly.Make sure you have your skyrim and skyrimprefs config files configured right.make sure your ENBlocal.ini is configured right.skyrim crash fix plugin made a HUGE difference on the stability and smoothness of the game for me. It's what NVAC was for new vegas.
spookymunky
Judders when looking left or right to me usually puts up warning flags of an issue with either loading textures / meshes into vram - e.g. 8k textures / mods that add a lot more polys like smim / 24bit textures by some evil spooky guy :woot: - or maybe just simply the wrong enb settings ?.. If your textures and meshes aren't vanilla and enb is set up wrong your gfx card will be trying to push things out of memory as you look around to make room for new things coming in, causes a really nasty effect (can easily check this using any app like afterburner that shows you the vram usage)... though usually you would notice other side effects like no new meshes / hd trees being loaded in and ctds eventually. DDSopting every texture and running them from a ssd can also help. Edit: I really think it's a vram thing though hehe, I have maxed out my 4gig vram replacing every texture I felt like with my own 24 bit versions (along with 220 odd esp mods, and another 300+ texture / mesh mods), and skyrim ran fine... until I bought a 1440p monitor hehe, had to stop playing skyrim for exactly the reasons you are mentioning. Sadly / thankfully the lightbleed was the worst I have ever seen so I could go back to 1080p guilt free  Since you have 8gig vram though the only logical thing in my mind is you have missed some step setting up your enb. Project579
Keep in mind that you cannot use more then 4gig of VRAM on modern windows (8/8.1/10 famous DX9 limitation). Edited October 27, 2016 by Project579

Project579
4064MB of Video RAM to be precise for the DX9 API not sure if using 2 Skyrim instances allows the use of 4GB each (probably not).
