LE Weapon model swap?

Is there any simple way (simple - for someone who never did any modding) to swap around models of Skyforge Steel Greatsword and Silver Greatsword? (Skyforge gets model of Silver and vice versa)? If there's not, can any talented modder throw out a minor mod like that?

This is exactly the type of thing I'm looking to do. I absolutely hate the look of Dragonscale armor, but I crafted a set and I love the defense and I've enchanted it heavily. I'd very much like to swap the armor models so it looks like I'm wearing Elven armor instead... or maybe Nightengale.

 

So.. BUMP for anyone who wants to help some noobs swap/overwrite aesthetically displeasing models in game :)
