4spam
Ever since level 15 on my mage I always wanted to have the ability to switch my left and right hand from, for example "lightning+ward" to a 2h fire spell and whatever else by pressing 1 through 9 or whatever else I assign it to, instead of spending half the time in an intense battle scrolling through my favorites. Now at 50+ big battles at master level turn into a giant favorites menu fest, it would be so much better if I didn't have to pause the game to switch hand combinations, use potions, change gear.I tried looking, never found anything, but today stumbled upon this Kinect video, which has voice control to switch spells, which amazed me because the guy was switching without going into his favs menu. So if he can use voice commands like that, surely there's a way to bind hotkeys for spell/item combinations. Perhaps it's out there already and I just can't find it.Please share the link if it exists or if you can make such a mod - I'm sure it would be very popular. CampanaAliquanta
This mod:http://www.skyrimnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2548 You need to install TESV.exe and Scriptdragon.

CampanaAliquanta
I'm honoured. I think you should save some for the person who made the mod, though :)
4spam
How exactly do I assign hotkeys with it? I tried equipping items while key assignment is on and then pressing a key, then turning it off and pressing it, then a couple of others things, but it always selects flames. How do you do it? 4spam
Oh, nevermind, it only works for spells. What if I want to assign weapons/gears/potions? Some gear is enchanted and renamed, do I need to know their IDs and somehow add it to the spellHotkeys.ini?
CampanaAliquanta
You have to open the ini file and add the codes for the spells next to the hotkeys. There is a list of spell codes somewhere, let me check. Edit: I think it's the spell IDs from here - http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Spells Edit 2: I'm not sure about gear and potions, I imagine that would be possible too but I don't know how. Better go to the discussion thread for that mod and ask. There is a second mod for dragon shouts. 4spam
Yeah, I figured out all about spells, but do you know anything about how I could add my custom enchanted & renamed weapons/gear/potions to the .ini?
Eldiran
It doesn't work with items yet. Once I find out how to check player inventory, I can include weapons and shields, but I'm not yet sure how to go about implementing potions and the like.
