All attempts to increase the distant view fails

Hello I'm having trouble with increasing the viewing distance.

 

I tried it with Skyrim – CFG maker 2.0 and by hand, but both with no success.

Does anybody have any clue to fix this problem ?

 

Rig:

i7 870 3,2 GHZ

8GB RAM 1033

Gigabyte GTX 460 OC

 

Fixes tried:

Ugridload=7

CFG maker settings

manually editing options in the .ini's
