pyro1245 Posted December 15, 2011 Share Posted December 15, 2011 This mod would allow the npcs of skyrim to actually do things, or seem like it anyway. Say you sell some dragon bones to an npc. There would then be a chance for that npc (if he were a blacksmith) to make some dragon bone armor out of them. Maybe he's not a blacksmith. Then there would be a chance that someone could buy them from him and the item you sold would eventually circulate around whichever hold you sold it in. There could be a small chance that a traveler picks it up and it ends up going to a different hold. The more dragon bones you sell to merchants increases the chances of finding dragon bones and dragon armor in stores around skyrim. basically anything you sell to a merchant has a chance of being circulated or, in the case of crafting items, used by the npcs. Maybe you sell some giant's toes to an alchemist. a few days later they might have some carry weight potions. Take it a step further. If you trade a lot of valuables to a certain hold, maybe the style of living increases. Peoples moods increase and they start wearing nicer clothes. Maybe the hold would start to expand with more houses being built outside the walls (suburbs, if you will). Prices of good could also be affected by the changing economy. Sounds fun. I'd play it.
