The only account I've seen of flickering was on Dragonsreach when I'm out in the field outside the walls, otherwise nothing yet. Otherwise I have this little weird green thingy on all the grind wheels I've seen xD.

I too am seeing flickering (like white patches) on most things that move. Ie. Trees and characters.
Would be interesting to hear what Gfx-cards & OS you guys are using.

 

Personally I'm running this on integrated Intel HD 520 on Windows 10 - so wildly underpowered gfx compared to min requirements, but surprisingly OK performance on low settings (aliasing off).

 

Any ideas what new feature in SE that could cause this?

nope, character meshes I did for Vanilla, still work perfectly under SSE, most likely if you had some that worked before, they werent really using the proper standards, and must be re-done

Had it a couple of times but only slight, each time I try to edit the ini files I get hit with a lot though.. no idea what is doing it, max settings on GTX 1080.

I haven't seen that. My dragonsreach texture flickering on the distant detail version is black. If anyone is curious I'm on Windows 10 with a GTX 960 Superclocked.

here its dark flickering spots. mine are whiter, but otherwise look the same.

 

@Hyperplexed: No mods yet, just vanila.

 

The video is showing the same issue as when you duplicate a mesh over itself, which can be caused by the renderer/shaders. I would start by upgrading your video card drivers, if neccessary, only advice I can give you =(
