elvinkun
i think im having the same problem as you, i tried to get rid of the mouse acceleration with no avail. and that reinstallation i did, didnt work :/ I think im going to take a break from this game until these problems are fixedHaha, funny thing that.First, I had to fix my game after the stealthy DRM patch. Then again after 1.2, that was especially hard. 1.3 didn't break anything, but made me unable to set mouse as I want to. Few days ago, I battled with the ini, had many facepalms, almost got used to the un-sensitive mouse, then suddenly, my mouse buttons stopped working after loading the game... Tadaah, something snapped, and I just can't bring myself to clicking Skyrim icon anymore  Not quite sure what's up with the inis tho, really seems like anything I touch in Ini get's set to default upon entering the game. New Steam feature to make gaming experience better perhaps?
