Please help me identify this armor.

So I played Skyrim a while ago till I messed up my game with mods and I had to reinstall the game. After I had done all that I started searching for some of the mods I used (should've written them down or something...). Found all of them, except my loved armor mod. I am really sad and I need your help. If you recognize this armor then please let me know the name of the armor.

 

Edit: The mask does not come with the armor.
