Weird light coming from character

My Skyrim looks very weird in first person, there's light coming from my characters arms, it happened after i installed TAZ Visual Overhaul and some other mods.

It looks the same with weapons instead of spells. I'm looking to complete darkness there. Bug does not happen at third person view.
