AxlRocks
Here you go: coc WIDeadBodyCleanupCell I used silhouett's coffin ID first and that worked but did some searching and found the cell name by luck and figured I'd post that for everyone as well. This is a pretty interesting cell though, I'm not sure what makes an NPC go here though. Most of mine seem to be quest related. Some of their inventories have respawned as well, but others are still empty. Weird, but fun throwing them off the edge and watching them reappear lol
Tix92
Hello everyone :) I learned about this cell after trying to follow an NPC "Malborn" and so far what i have learned is that it is a cleanup cell where dead NPC's are send to as well as living NPC's that are no longer needed in-game like "Malborn" after a certain quest which you can do (don't want to spoil anything) So this could also be the reason for all those quest related NPC's ending up here after they are done with their part of the game. Now this is all i know so far but maybe someone could test if its also used for temporary storage of a NPC for when its needed back in the game at some point, since it seems like only "human" NPC's related to a quest or the player end up here.
