LE can someone retexure or redo these mods

I've been trying to mix the two of these to make one well rounded mod for the body. i don't have as much time as i did with morrowind back in the day.

 

But i like both of these mods that i figure (IMO) that the only thing that could make them better is to blend them together. Now all i need is someone that has more time than me,
