Unwanted elf ears on character

I have a problem where my female character and all the presets have elven ears. I am not able to fix it in race menu so it has to do with my mods I think.

See if you have this mod installed Better Femaleheadnif - with elf ear - A choice before ECE or RM released - Better Femalehead that is probably why you got the elf ear sorry for the late reply but i'm new to skyrim and I was really upset when I saw that all my females had elf ears try deleting this and it should fix your ear problem lol :laugh:
