Jocesquale
I do know ENB will not fix it, as it does not edit body and face textures, or any thing like this.CBBE might fix it, but for females only, as it does change the face, and body. Well, we'll see. This has always been a problem with Beths games, it is particularly bad in Oblivion nd Fallout 3/NV. It's not as bad in this game and don't see it in F4 so far. Yes but I didn't remember seeing this on vanilla pc (or even on Xbox), but it was a looong time ago...(btw, still no fix for CBBE mesh in F4 ?) SMB92
It has to do with the head mesh being separate i thought. Best way to correct it was to match tone to body. Although I don't recall this being an issue, at least that big of one, in the OG. And I thought there was a fix for F4, but a separate DL/patch from another user? SMB92
If you have one of the old fallout games installed, go take a shot without a shirt on. But none of them are anywhere as bad as Oblivion was.
Jocesquale
Yes I have played Fallout 3,Fallout New Vegas, Oblivion, Skyrim and Fallout 4 so I know what a neckseam looks like... but it have been a issue I managed to rid off in Skyrim, despite the bugs (ex when you change too much the body, you could need to reinstall the game (ModOrganizer prevent this issue, so do NMM now maybe because I didn't had the problem anymore) So I'd be happy getting rid of it in SE too, even if I can live with it in Fallout 4... So I'm waiting for a body replacer ! I guess it's the only thing I can do.
Moksha8088
Make sure you run texblendlite under Calientes Tools in the Data Folder.
