Apalmemnom
Hi there, I'm currently working on a Chinese Stealth Armor (I know, ncontinium is already working on it too, but I've started merely at the same time, and I just don't want to drop my work, I've already spent to much time on it) I'm currently using Outfit Studio to convert OBJ files to usable ingame NIFs ; it worked fine for my leotard mod, but since I've updated Outfit Studio to the latest version, I got this : Every vertex of the mesh is just thrown away and stuck at every corner of the world. I've tried multiple times, and all my efforts end up with something similar. Does someone has a soltion ? I really don't want to work on Blender, I just hate that soft. Crimsomrider
Try this : - Click New Project > Load Reference (whatever body you are using for this armor - EVB/CBBE and so on)- Next step load the outfit- Allign your outfit (not the reference) to your referenced body- Highlight your outfit in the right window, then click on BONES tab and delete every single one- Go back to the meshes window, right click on your outfit > COPY BONE WEIGHTS-A window will pop up, say YES.-Then export the file with reference and check what happens If you get an error that some vertices are missing bone weights, then you have to manually apply bone weight paint to parts that are missing it. Apalmemnom
That is exactly what I've done again and again, and again (and again) ; and this doesn't solve the problem at all, that's why I'm running out of options. Dunno if it's the fact that I use Outfit studio for a male mesh with a vanilla outfit as reference (the BOS under armor, because the nude male body doesn't cover the neck part, but this worked ONCE and never again, without any reason. Nutulator
Hmmm, have you tried loading a different save and then trying the outfit--maybe the save is corrupt. If nothing is working your best bet would be to ask the creator(s) of OS for help on their thread. Hope this gets fixed soon--the Chinese Stealth Armor was one of my favorites from NV and it would be nice to use it in FO4. Apalmemnom
I'm testing it on a brand new save, there's no reason something goes wrong, even less with something as basic as just adding new object. I'll try to contact Ousnius, hope this'll go well, I've already spent too much trying to fix it.
