Game crashes when entering Dragonsreach

Before I modded the game, it was perfectly fine. And even after I installed a metric ton of texture mods, it worked just fine which was amazing. And then I tried to enter Dragonsreach and it crashes on the loading screen every time. I'm having a hard time believing a texture mod is causing this CTD, so I'm curious if anyone else has run into this with a modded SE.

 

And before anyone asks, yes, most of my texture mods are from vanilla Skyrim, but they all seem to work just fine with everywhere else in the game world(Though Skyrim HD Landscape looks a bit weird.) and none of them specifically target Dragonsreach and I can't for the life of me figure out why that one location would be cause a CTD.

i had the same problem as well, and i fixed it by removing a retexture mod of the Ebony Blade, which is in Dragonsreach.
It was "Frankly HD Ebony Blade" by FrankFamily to be exact. I have no Idea why especially this mod caused a CTD but for me it was this one.

... you just singlehandedly solved my problem, and with very little information too. I didn't have the exact same mod as you(Though I do have the Frankly HD Miraak), but it was another Ebony Blade 4K Retexture. I switched it off after you mentioned your ebony blade mod and lo and behold I can now get into Dragonsreach no problem. Thank you so much. You have no idea how much time you just saved me.

This is the reason I am not going to port over any armor, and weapon mods.

All the ones I like use custom textures.

Same problem. Skyrim Special Edition. CTD every time I try and enter Drangonsreach. Can't console in or use Dungeon.
