Enderal's community is largely centred on SureAI's forums; SureAI is the team that made Enderal,as well as Nehrim and Arktwent.2) Enderal is as as small as it can get away with. Enderal isn't a simple mod,as I hope you're aware. It is,functionally,an entirely new game. It has so many unique,custom assets on top of the ones they're kitbashing from vanilla Skyrim,including 100% custom voice acting,that it is literally impossible for them to make it any smaller. If your connection is really that bad,then I suggest using their officially-endorsed torrent,and leaving your system running for a few days to get it done.
