mods that are auto-disable?

Hello, i just exploring options inside the game, and saw the mod options, so i enter there and i see theres a list of all mods i use, but theres something weird, i have a couple of mods that are not market with these "V" like a "ready", i try to watch if the mod works and... Its not working, i know because its a mod that allows to reduce at 0 points the weight of all books, so i see a book, and his weight its 1...

 

I have another mod about carry too, and seems its not work too, and in the mod options are deactivated too like the other. The other mods works fine and are marked as i say before, with a "V". But this two mods i say its not working, and dont know how let work, its a easy to install mod, so i know its good installed. And theres is not a option to enable or disable the mods, so i dont know how enable it...

 

Anyone know whats happens, and how fix this?.

I have this. I use NMM, and I have ninety-some mods that are from the Nexus. I also have two from Bethesda, because they aren't on the Nexus, and every single time I start the game I have to go in and enable those two, because they turn themselves off. It also happens with one Nexus one, but I get the warning for that one ("missing content"). I don't with the others.

 

Incidentally, ninety-some seems to be about as many mods as SSE can handle at the moment. Maybe SKSE64 will fix this...
