madmongo Posted October 31, 2016 Posted October 31, 2016 Fallout New Vegas does use assets from Fallout 3 and Fallout 3's DLC. There are some unused assets in the game but you can't safely remove all of the stuff from Anchorage and the Pitt as much of it is used. There are quite a few mods that take advantage of the unused assets as well, so you'll also break those mods if you try to remove the FO3 DLC stuff.
Fillout32 Posted November 1, 2016 Author Posted November 1, 2016 I had a feeling, that those folders must be there for a reason and not, that authors of those texture mods(NMC, MG) automatically expect, that everybody playing TTW. So i will just not touch them. Thank you for clarification.
