Would it be possible to port features from Fallout 4?

So this is less of a request, and more of a question, but I figured it fit best here in the event that it was possible and someone decided to take up the challenge.

Look at Skyrim Special Edition, which is kind of like a half step between Skyrim and Fallout 4, it really looks like an ENB is unnecessary. I mean, it would be fine if you could use an ENB's features without needing a preset(because no one makes a preset that only adds the features that ENB offers while retaining the vanilla look of the game.). Stuff like subsurface scattering and parallax/tessellation. Fallout 4 has that stuff built-in along with better skeletons, physics(Correct me if I'm wrong. I heard somewhere that Special Edition does have better skeletons and physics that are similar if not the same as Fallout 4's.), and material shaders among some other DX11 features that Special Edition might not have. So I'm curious if it would be possible to, I guess in this case, port stuff from Fallout 4 down to Skyrim Special Edition.

It is not possable to port anything from FO4.

From what I have seen SSE has no physics like FO4. The skeleton is very basic, but XP32 has just been updated as far a they can without SKSE.

All women still walk like men, ect.

SSE is in all respects Skyrim in 64bit. Same game engine with enough changes to make 64bit work.

Too bad, I only wanted Dogmeat as a follower in Skyrim SE, a nice Vault111 jumpsuit and a fully voiced Dragonborn

If you really want a dog as a follower, start the Daderatic Best friend quest just outside of Falkreath.

Just do no complete the quest so he keeps following you.
