Skyrim crashing from ENB? only have a handful of mods

So, its been 5 days now Ive been searching for answers. My game crashes, sometimes when i walk through a door, or open up the map, or even when i try to go to the main menu. The only mods i have installed is the first set from S.T.E.P. (fixes section, had all installed at one point, couldnt figure out the issue, so i uninstalled them for a fresh go-through) I believe it has something to do with my ENB, i only use ENB, latest version. But I have to alter the ini files from S.T.E.P. recommendations to even get a chance to load up a save without a CTD or red error message in top left corner. Below is my enblocal.ini file
