Black screen on startup

[THESWEDISHPRO15]

So i have a blackscreen on startup, no bethesda screen just plain black with my mouse cursor doing the loading animation, shortly after ENB host popups are being spammed and skyrim closes.

I'm pretty new to modding but i used LOOT to fix my load order but that didn't make a difference.
