need New Land Mod Complilation advice- what i dll?

I'm browsing the new land mods out there. I want to explore as much of Tamriel as I can without having to talk to an npc to get there (teleport). I came across "under sign of the dragon" which makes all tamriel playable, but without npcs, monsters , etc. included. It says its incompadible with most province mods.

 

So what mods do you suggest I dll to get the most land, monsters, and more to explore, outside of Vanilla Oblivion lands, yet on the same continent, not on an isle.

 

/here's my plan for dlling:

 

I'm ignoring the "under the sign of the dragon" related mods and getting these instead:

 

Skyrim Improved

Hammerfell

Valenwood Improved

And I already have the "desert" province installed., The province's name starts with a "E" , forgot the name.

 

Is that the best idea or is "under the sign of the dragon" a better choice?
