Velyanthe Posted December 20, 2011 Share Posted December 20, 2011 That was a wonderful mod for Oblivion. More populated towns would be nice as well, but aren't as needed. There are hunters, revelers, a wanderer, and people on their way to Solitude, as far as I know. Vigilants of Stendarr as well. They're all fairly scarce, although they do make traveling by road worth it. Unfortunately, people on the road are also almost always unimportant.
