Skyrim PS4 FOV Settings

Hello Friends,

 

i am no modder, but i loved your mods eversince here on nexus.
now that i more and more play ps4 and playing skyrim wich i rarely use with mods, just enjoy the makover, i ask myself one thing.
Due to the restrictions with no scripts (wich sure makes some of you modders bored as hell making mods) is it possible to make Mod wich can offer another FOV Setting, for example (i believe standard is 65) 75 - 80- 85 maybe 90.
I loved playing FOV 80 on PC.
The FOV on PS4 really gives me a Headache, it fells like alwas looking through a tube with a flat 2dimensional surface...

Please tell me that it is possible to make a mod for PS4 wich does not need scripting (wich i believe, because it should be just a simple ini tweak right?)
