In Game Font Size Change -- Possible?

NOT SE Version (Although I do have it, just not playing it). I need to know if I can change the Font size, if so, where and how. Currently my Text is so small I can barely view it, especially in console mode and it's prettu bad in Sky UI as well.

Just in case I didn't make it clear, I was very tired when I posted this original thread. I'm having a very difficult time seeing the text in SKY UI and any text in console mode. I would like to increase the font size for BOTH of them. Dialog and Quest Menu Text is Perfectly readable.
